Alright today I have decided to interview a close friend of mine who specializes in offline real estate and is now getting into the online market as well with his new company Evolved Creators Inc.. Now you may be asking why I would interview some one who has made there fortune offline considering this is a blog about making money online. Well the truth is there are two reasons, number on is that websites are nothing but virtual real estate, and reason number two is that no matter where you have made your fortune there are several key traits that all people who have amassed large amounts of money have. So let’s get this interview rolling…

CC:Mr. Richard do you believe any one can become wealthy?
JR:No, because some people are go getters and others are resistant to thinking outside their comfort zone

CC:What are three habits that have attributed most to your success?
JR:Ok, well I think the strongest habits to have are organization, because why would someone want to do business with a scatter brain. No one will do business if you don’t mentally talk them through a deal or anything that has to do with money. People need to envision the return on their money as if its already in the bank. Eye contact is the most important because like I said, people don’t like giving up their cash and if you aren’t giving them the time of day with eye contact then why should they give you something you want from them.

CC: How did you really do it?
JR:When I first started out. I had 5,000 dollars. I was not happy in my job, I bought 3 houses at the auctions for dirt cheap well one deal went south and I ended up trying too hard to please everyone, to the point that I was robbing peter to pay paul and I wasnt getting anywhere.Then I had a investor who invested in me, I cleared all my debt from what i accrued, started fresh again.

CC:I see you attribute a lot of your success to investors, what do you say to people looking to find a mentor or investor?
JR:Do not to pay for people’s time be diligent in who you find. There are a lot of snakes out there find the one with the sharpest teeth.

CC:What do you say to people wanting to quit?
JR:That you suck
