I am not going to talk too much about the important of planning because there is not much to say besides do it. Before I tell you about my favorite planning software I am going to speak very briefly about the importance of planning. The first thing I would like to mention is that every single fortune 500 company plans at some point in there business, you show me one and I will be glad to cut you a nice check. Now imagine this for me, some one comes and blind folds you and then proceeds to put you into a house you have never been in before and then tells you to go find a block of money they stuck under a bed upstairs. Now that you have imagined that, let me just pose a few questions for you. Question number one is how likely are you to find that brick of money under the bed? And question number two is how many things are you going to run into and how frustrated are you going to become? Alright, I am not going to talk about the importance of planning any more but just let that example sink in a little but. Now i am going to tell you a little bit about mozilla sun bird which is a free product from mozilla that offers users the ability to track and plan there daily lives. I have looked for a lot of planning softwares, some paid, some free and by far this is the best one that I have found. Now moving on I have provided some tips below that can help you in your planning.

1. Write down all your goals to start and set dates you would like to accomplish them by
2. Plan your daily tasks that are going to work towards your goals
3. Include short term and long term goals in your planning
